Embracing DEI – A Leaders Beginning
Course Outline
This is an awareness-level course on the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The first step to managing the whole person, is to see all of that person and to recognize the individual, institutional, structural and systemic racism in which all of us live. Some of us have different lived experiences than others. As the landscape of the future of work evolves, so do the expectations of the workforce. The demand is for an inclusive work environment that leads with an equity lens. To get there we must take the first step to understand racism, where it exists and how to start the conversations around it.
