Steps to Leadership Excellence

Course Outline

This workshop is devoted to helping leaders discover, develop, and perhaps revisit their leadership brand. Participants are taken on a journey of discovery that incorporates leadership styles, leadership practices, leadership decisions, and demystifying what toxic leadership looks like and how to avoid it.

Participants will learn to recognize and understand leadership values and core practices that effect the motivation, satisfaction and performance of individuals, teams and self.

Duration: 8 hours

Course Objectives:

• Learn how values based leadership guides your “Why” and determines your brand.
• Learn three basic leadership styles and discover your leadership approach • Define core leadership practices and understand them in motion
• Learn the Vroom leadership decision making model
• Learn to identify, prevent and overcome a leadership approach that harms people and the organization.
