Chantel Seymore is an influential force at SunPower Corporation, a company considered number one in solar renewable energy. Chantel has 20+ years of experience in leadership development, adult learning, and recruiting; she is fueled by her passion for people and organizational culture. Chantel leads a global team that supports staff development, the front-line experience for both employees and customers, and the quality of customer service interactions while driving the organization's mission to change how the world is powered. Throughout her extensive career, Chantel has established meaningful partnerships and developed innovative learning and leadership development solutions to drive business and align people with their roles and responsibilities. She is certified as a Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Facilitator and Leader, 360- Executive Coach, Development Dimensions Incorporated Master Trainer, and DISC Trainer. Amongst her many outreach programs, Chantel sits on Arizona's Gateway Community College's President's Advisory Board, co-leads EmPowher, a Women's Employee Resource Group, and is a lead advisor for The McMillion Group, an organization dedicated to strengthening leaders' skillsets and empowering employees. She is the recipient of the Time Warner Rising Star award and the American Federation of Government Employees Shining Star award. Chantel is also active in her community and works with the Susan G. KOMEN foundation to provide continued education and awareness of breast cancer and Moja Tu, who provides education scholarships to children in need in developing countries.
